Our coaching sessions will help you change how you "feel" about yourself and everything around you. You will overcome challenges faster and start getting the results you want.

The biggest misconception about coaching is that people tend to believe it is a form of therapy.  I can confidently tell you that it is not.

What does a coaching session look like?

Before you join the coaching program, it is important to make sure it is a good fit for you. That is why our first step is to start with a complimentary 15 to 30-minute conversation where we speak about your challenge. You will be asked to take a special assessment prior to our first meeting to identify the root cause of your challenge. You will get to go through the following steps if you are ready to begin your transformation.

During the coaching journey, you will be in a safe and confidential space where you can speak freely and get down to what really is preventing you from getting what you want and transforming your negative emotions into positive ones.

 

Step 1: Identify core beliefs

During the first coaching session, we will work to identify the beliefs that are holding you back and not letting you move forward. 

Before you can achieve your career, relationship, or health goals, you must first work on yourself to develop a greater understanding of yourself, your habits, and how you view yourself and the world.
 

Depending on your situation, the 6-week guided program could come in handy.  (This is a science-based program to help you understand how your patterns prevent you from moving forward and how to take over your mind.  Say goodbye to auto-pilot Mode and hello to fully in control you).
 

Step 2: Develop strategies for consistent results

In the next six weeks to three months of work, you will focus on developing patterns to help you overcome these beliefs by practicing them regularly. The great thing is that you will be able to use these habits for the rest of your life.
 

Step 3: Reinforce patterns and achieve goals

The rest of your work with me will focus on reinforcing your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of our initial conversation. As you achieve goals, we will celebrate your successes together and help you set new goals to reach.

My Coaching Method

In my coaching sessions, I may pull in key elements from Factor Analysis, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Psychology and Performance Science to create a coaching experience that generates long-lasting results.
