WHAT DOES A COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Before you join the coaching program, it is important to make sure it is a good fit for you. That is why our first step is to start with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session where you identify barriers and set challenging goals. You will be asked to take a special assessment prior to our first meeting to identify the root cause of your challenge. We will then go through the following steps if you are ready to begin your transformation.
During our coaching journey, you will be in a safe and confidential space where you can speak freely and get down to what really is preventing you from getting what you want and transforming your negative emotions into positive ones.
Step 1: Identify core beliefs and actions
During the first coaching session, we will work to identify the beliefs that are holding you back and not letting you move forward.
Before you can achieve your career, relationship, or health goals, you must first work on understanding of yourself, your habits, how you view yourself and the world.
You will understand how your patterns prevent you from moving forward and how to take over your mind. Say goodbye to auto-pilot Mode and hello to fully in control you.
Step 2: Develop new strategies for consistent results
Focus on developing patterns in order to overcome your beliefs. The great thing is that you will be able to use these habits for the rest of your life.
Step 3: Reinforce positive patterns and achieve goals
The rest of your work with me will focus on reinforcing your new patterns and using them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of our initial conversation. As you achieve goals, we will celebrate your successes together and help you set new goals to reach.
